Why Eat Our Pot Pies?

Bland? Not in my kitchen. If it’s all going to taste and feel the same in your mouth, you could just eat a bowl of oatmeal. I’ve been going on and on about my classic pot pie, but have you met the two others? 

The lentil chili pot pie is loaded with a perfectly spiced mix of creamy lentils, red and green peppers, and a cumin sauce that will rock your world. Don’t ask questions, just taste it. You’ll swear you’d been cooking this veggie chili/pot pie combo all day long. 

The coq au vin pot pie is filled with a rich red wine and tarragon sauce. The white and dark meat chicken mingle together for the flavor. Did I mention the real! Fresh! Herbs! Need I say more? I didn’t think so. 

Don’t be fooled just because my pies come to you frozen. The other guys, with their tiny cubes of meat and thin white sauce, might leave you wanting, but I know how to satisfy an appetite. I took my time, so you don’t have to.

It really doesn’t matter to me if you’re in it for the quick and easy or if you’re in it purely for the warm-bellied comfort of a meal that tastes like home. I want you to get what you need with the taste that you want. I made this for you. It’s all self-care this and self-care that these days. All I know is that you need to try my pie. You deserve it.
